Packing!

Scotland tomorrow so doing major packing today! So while I'm away I'll try and get my sister to take some outfit photos for me, because they'll be more interesting this way.
Also if they're any good, look out for them on Lookbook

I'm back on the 12th of August

Friday 27 July 2012

Dress, Zara Sale £15.99 / Heels, Zara Sale £15.99

Zara always has the best sales, check it out. Not only this, but the Zara in Southampton has just started bringing in their new collection, which to me seems so different from all their others, better.
The TRF collection has taken a more Native American theme, as well as featuring some lovely sequined flapper-style dresses, and the Womens new collection looks so expensive!

Top, Mango / Skirt, H&M £15 / Belt, Vintage / Wedges, Zara £20

So sunny here in England at the moment! 27 degrees tomorrow, so hitting the beach (something I felt I would only ever say if I were living in California).

Rise To The Sun

Top, Topshop / Shorts, Levi's £32 / Ring, Topshop £10

Today has been the first sunny day in ages! Can't remember the last time I didn't wear tights :|

Anyway, with only a week until my family and I go to Scotland (to climb mountains, go to Edinburgh Festival etc.), this coming week is jam-packed of outings.
I get to finally see Magic Mike, The Amazing Spiderman and the new Batman!
I've heard mixed reviews about Magic Mike, the only real reason that people I know having liked it being that it contains topless men. Other than that, I've heard it doesn't really have much of a plot, which is a shame.
The other two films however, have received brilliant reviews and so I am thoroughly looking forward to seeing them.

Blazer, Topshop / Top, Urban Outfitters £45 / Mary Janes, Topshop £50 / Stone necklace, Accessorize £5 / Cross necklace, Topshop £5 / Skirt, Topshop £25 / Scarf, Urban Outfitters £5 / Bag, Next £25

We visited the High Court and the Supreme Court in London today. It was brilliantly interesting and London never fails to excite me! It's properly decorated for the London Olympics 2012, with flags everywhere and an official countdown, only 18 days, what?!
While we got two hours free time in the afternoon my friend Kay and I walked as far as be could (before our feet caved in) from Westminster and towards Old and New Bond Street, in the direction of the designer stores. Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Chanel, everything. It felt like I was walking round an art gallery looking at pieces of art, especially in Alexander McQueen. All in all, an amazing day.

Jumper, Topshop £35 / Skirt, Topshop £25 / Mary Janes, Topshop £50 / Cross necklace, Topshop £5 / Stone necklace, Accessorize £5

Back to college again, after a very long night of trying to finish a history essay due today (never do it the night before, massively tired today).
So I started watching Gossip Girl yesterday for the first time ever, and it is so good! The characters have so many dimensions and, although their lives are filled with money and everything else they want, the events that happen to them are reasonable and happen to people in normal (not New Yorky millionaire) life.

Leotard, American Apparel £25 / Skirt, American Apparel £40 / Dotted shirt, H&M £12 / Velvet jacket, M&S / Necklace, Topshop £16 / Ring, Vintage / Wedges, Office £20

Outfit inspired by the wonderful Gillian Zinser (as you may have seen in my first post). The last photo is of my cat Rosie, who wants attention every hour of every day and kept meowing when these photos were taken.
